EP - (RELATIVELY) EASY: A crappy exercise! Would have wanted to do a long run today, but it never happened. To begin with, the weather wasn't good enough outside and so I was forced to try it on treadmill; then I started experiencing all sorts of minor problems, some pain in one of my toes, and didn't really seem to have the right kind of feeling for this today. And the heartbeat was again rising steadily toward the aerobic threshold and even going above it. I would probably have forced it through, though, but then the treadmill just suddenly slowed down and stopped -- apparently it only works for an hour at a time(!) Could have started again after a short break, but since it wasn't going too well, I seized this excuse and cut it short. (I then went on to do a little weights exercise for the thighs, but that didn't work out too well either.) Bullshit exercise all in all! But then I guess one cannot succeed perfectly every day...
