LONG / VERY LONG: Going the distance. Did about 2.30 walking after every about 15 minutes of running. Thirteen of these in all. Ran on yesterday's fuel (ate a lot of candy and stuff watching tv), only had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, waited an hour or so and started running. Ate a little banana and a couple of glykose tablets during the run and drank 0.5 litres of (3%) sportsdrink, but that's not nearly enough energy for this long a run. And I did get a little tired at the very end, but I guess I have to be reasonably satisfied with how well this went. A rather cold day for early May, just +5 Celsius and some rain. Luckily not too windy.


Ja 67 kilometriä (jos oikein äkkiä katsoin) viikkosaldona. Mies on vauhdissa!

Heh, 70 kilsaa tuli täyteen tällä viikolla. Pitkästä aikaa... Olisiko joskus viime heinä-elokuussa ollu jokunen yhtä hyvä viikko. Eipähän tuossa ollut kuin yksi tosi pitkä lenkki ja loput oli aika lyhyitä. Jäi puhdas lepopäivä kokonaan pitämättä(!) No, huomenna lepoa...
