A very crappy exercise ... The plan was to walk to the gym and do a proper running exercise on treadmill there. But I wasn't really thinking: forgot my treadmill running shoes home. And I guess they must have rules against running barefooted -- at least, usually gym's do not allow training barefooted. So I just changed back to my outdoor clothes and went to work. But even the walking exercise was pretty darn bad today, due to the slippery ice and snow and slush and pools of icy water everywhere. No grid, no fun. It's starting to look like real Spring is going to be delayed until April at least ... SCHEISSE, as they say in German!
