(A COUPLE OF) HILLS: In-between a 2 minute (and 230 meter) warm-up and a similar cool-down, I did 3x 35 sec "lung" into the Hämeensilta uphill, increasing the effort each time and trying to make it farther on to the bridge. These were between about 100-150 meters each. Recovering jog of about 1 min 25 sec after each repeat. Somewhat slippery out there, again, and the grid I had really wasn't to my satisfaction; and I was a bit worried about how tight and sore my thighs felt ... But I managed, I guess, and felt quite good afterwards.
