    I'm signed up for the provo half on the 2nd of next month. 8:31 pace for me isn't too bad. To qualify for the Boston Marathon I'd have to run a 7 min. mile for 26.2 miles. So I put my speed up to that and was able to keep it up for 2 miles! Lol, long way to go yet, but that ended up making for a good run today :)
