      I'm training for the St George Marathon. It will be my first. You do a lot of them, right, how do you like to train for them. I've been think I should run up Hobble creek 6-8 miles then down as often as I can but I don't know. I'm only able to get in 2-3 runs a week so :-\

      telll your legs to shut up. great job. for fueling I go w/ a gel an hour. I like clifshots, chomps, powergel, I love sport jelly beans by jelly bell but that's me. i also really like carbbooms apple cinnamon - tastes like mcdonalds apple pie filling. test them out in traaining and see which one agrees with your stomach - had bad expeirences with infinit energy drink and hammergel espresso gels on a very hot race once.
