A couple of questions for my DM friends:
1. For those of you who do yoga, what are some good poses to do for my hips? While doing all the kicks in my kickboxing class it feels like I need to strengthen and/or stretch my hips/pelvic area.
2. I love my new cappuccino recipe and it's saving me about 150 calories each day by making my own. My son has one of those Keurig coffee machines and I'm using some coffee my niece left here. I'm only using 1/2 cup of coffee so I make a whole cup and dump 1/2 of it. I know you can buy a little basket and use coffee grounds instead of buying the little individual coffee packet things. If I do that can I use 1/2 the amount of grounds it calls for and 1/2 the amount of water to get 1/2 cup of coffee??? I no nothing about making coffee so if this is a stupid question I apologize, BUT as a teacher I know there are no stupid questions ;-)
