    Long hiatus from the road. Getting back into it by continuing to try and push out the bike fear. Short ride but went well. Trying to get in the hang of clipping in and out often at stop lights.

    Setting my sights on a triathlon at the end of April, so time to get back to biking and swimming. Still have a broken bike computer so I don't know the mileage but kept a good cadence the entire time.
