Way to listen to your body and take the time off, even though it's hard to do. Hope you are not coming down with an illness!

Good choice listening to your body Teniah. Sometimes those voices inside our heads win out but we are no better for it. The body knows what the body can dol. Feel well!

Great run Teniah. Do you wear anything special for rainy runs? We are supposed to get some rain through the weekend and I just don't want to do the treadmill thing. Glad you made it out!
I haven't yet because we have this really light rain that isn't bad at all. Once winter gets here and picks up I will wear Travis old stuff from Korea. (He "handed it down" to me.) It's a Nike Clima-fit rain shell (not thick at all, just a tiny shell type coat) and under that I will wear his UnderArmour base layer and Nike tights. He said that is all he needed in Korea and the weather here should be pretty similar in the winter (damp/rainy)....We will see. I'll let you know how that goes.
