    After 2 days of hard running, I did better than expected at this race. Just a hair slower than my last race on my splits, but 1 mile longer. Not bad.

  7. I got 12th place in a 4 miler (barefoot) - of about 250 people - so that was pretty good. Did approx 6:55 splits. Far faster in the 2nd half than the first half!

    Did a 3 hour "Yoga & Running" workshop. 1 hour of yoga for warm-up, 1 hour of running, 1 hour of yoga. The running wasn't bad. The yoga kicked my ass.
