    Ran at a 9:30-9:00 pace for 15 min to warm up (1.5 mi), then after weights and cardio, I walked/jogged on a 12 incline for .5 mi... It took 10 minutes!! Awesome burn.

      lol, no worries. Its just nice to get in a good run, right? Don't know where you are, but its freaking cold in Dallas. Running inside doesn't sound like a bad idea.

    wow. I am actually surprised I finished 2 miles with an 8:40 pace. I haven't ran in 2 months and have been sitting in a chair 18 hours a day. Little by little I will get back on it.
