great Hilly Run with Coach 4 mi

Got up bright and early to go for a run with the team around a local park this morning! It was chilly out so I was able to slip on my running leggings for the first time this year. We did an out-and-back with LOTS of hills and our coach joined us. Thankfully, my legs went sorta numb because of the cold so I felt great! Haha! Let's hope I'm not too sore tomorrow though!
