1.2 mile warm-up with the team followed by a parner small loop relay. Basically we each had to find a partner, do a small loop (1.2 miles), tag our partner, they'd do a small loop, and then repeat. I remember doing this workout freshman year and hating every second of it but, this year, it wasn't too bad! Afterwards we did 3 laps on the track for a cool down.
