Today we did a mile warm up with the team and then got sectioned off into groups of 3-4 and ran 4 miles. Again, my coach put me with the faster group and during the workout I absolutely hated him for that because my stomach was sloshing like crazy. Looking back on it, though, my legs felt pretty good the speed was just a lot faster than I'm used to, but it was managable. All-in-all a good run! I feel honored that my coach sees potential in me, but I can't help but feel guilty that the two girls I normally run with weren't moved up a pace group with me. :/
