On the track

It was raining in the beginning of practice so we took to the track for today's workout. It was nothing special - I did 15 laps at a moderate pace and then my coach took me away from the middle speed group and had me do 2 x 400s with the faster group. I think he was trying to show me that I am faster than I think I am...the thing is...I'm not.
Anyways, afterwards we did 10 x 50m striders and called it a day. Felt good!


Be proud of yourself that your coach put you in a new speed group! He knows what he's doing :)
