Today was time trial day at XC. I ran 3.1 miles in 26:56 minutes.
I'm still not at the place I want to be at, but at least I did better than I did at the Flying Pig 5K!
1.2 mile warm-up
3.1 mile time trial
.25 mile cool down
+ 5 x ~50m striders


Still an awesome time regardless! You'll see those times go down fast this season :)
