First XC practice since I got back from vacation. Boy, does it feel good to be back in my normal running regimen!
Today's workout was:
1 mile warm-up on the track
6 x 200m sprint intervals (with 200m walking/jogging recovery in between)
1.75 miles at moderate pace
+ several 50m striders
Felt so good (and tired and sweaty) after this!
