great On the beach (Myrtle Beach, SC) 2 mi 00:21 10:33 pace

Did an amazing out-and-back run on the beach this morning! I read somewhere that, since beach running is harder on your body, you should try to break up the running with some walking, so that's what I did! I did 3:1 running to walking intervals until I got to 2 miles. Loved it!
