Decent mile repeat speed(ish) workout. 1/2 mile warm-up followed by 2 x 1-mile repeats. Did the first repeat a little too fast in 7:43 and then crashed in the second repeat. I probably had to pause the Garmin to stop three or four times because I was being a baby. Finished the second repeat somewhere around 8:30. Hopefully I'll be able to do this again (the right way!) soon.
