3.1 mile race = 28:10 minutes
As I said in my last entry, I was hoping to do A LOT better than what I did. Part of me is kinda pissed because I was being a baby at times. But, part of me also realizes that it was a tough race (all XC course - 82 degrees and humid) and it doesn't really matter for anything. Official XC practices start next week so, until then, I'm going to focus more on speed work and pushing the pace more. I'm also going to attempt a few more outdoor runs. I'm going to take this race and learn from it!
