This run was more of a struggle than my last few runs but I'll take it! I ended up taking a break to lift some weights after 2 miles so this run was split.
2 miles in 18:55 and then another 2 miles in 17:57


Way to step it up in the second two miles, despite the fact that you already ran and did weights! Great Job!
