Only planned on running 2 miles after Zumba class, but I felt good so I, literally, went the extra mile! Kept it slow and had some nice negative splits on the treadmill.

PS - SO glad that I am getting back into my regular frequency - the last time I ran 6 days a week was about 2-3 months ago! :)
