Did some 400s today after spin class!
0.5 mile warm-up @ 6.5 mph
5 x 400 @ 7.6-8.0 mph (400 recovery @ 6.5 and a minute break in between each set)
Felt great and the time flew by! I will definitely be doing more of these! :)
