Did a few strength circuits with a crap ton of wall sits yesterday so my thighs were feelin' a bit sore today. I planned to take a few walking breaks before the run so it kept me from being lazy. Felt great!


ooh wall sits. My friends and I were talking about them today - they're awful! Way to run through the soreness!
