  1. I am going to start bringing my work out clothes to leave at school so I can run everyday after school! I am going to miss my running buddy :/

    Power walked to sprint to fix my phone! Picked up the pace towards the end because of how cold it was!!!

    I was kinda sore today, I shouldn't have taken those two days off! But it felt good to run again :) after my run I did some lunges with my sister!

  8. After running a full mile on a track I felt so good that I kept going, walked a few laps anf then ran a few. I love this!!!

    Time wasn't as good but first time I ran a full mile without stopping to walk!!! :D also picked up the pace at the end and sprinted to the end!!!

    Wow that run kicked my butt! But ran a little faster today. Next time I'm gonna run a littly slower so the way back I still feel good. But still enjoyed it!

    My time wasn't as good as yesterday but I ran a lot more! I wasn't as out of breath but i felt awesome after! Still treating myself to an apple after each run :) So greartful for my siste... read more

    Today went much better then yesterday. Almost didn't run todday but glad I did! It is getting easier and I ran a little bit more then I did yesterday!

    This was my first long distance run since I was 12! It kicked my butt, but after I got my breath back I felt great!
