Great mile, Ted. At least you got some snow. After a week of hype that we would get close to a foot of the white stuff, we got just over an inch of super wet snow. It's already gone. :(

Good luck. I've been through two of them. The first was an old wrestling injury; the second a freak accident while stepping up onto a barstool to change a lightbulb. Wishing for a speedy recovery for you!

Doc said no running but okay to do elliptical or cycle if no pain. Knee is simmering down so I gave it a try. Felt good until 19:37 so I cut it off at 20:00.
