      Great mile, Ted. At least you got some snow. After a week of hype that we would get close to a foot of the white stuff, we got just over an inch of super wet snow. It's already gone. :(

      Good luck. I've been through two of them. The first was an old wrestling injury; the second a freak accident while stepping up onto a barstool to change a lightbulb. Wishing for a speedy recovery for you!

      Good luck. Sounds like a meniscal tear if it's locking like that. Both of my knees have been repaired, arthroscopically, due to tears. One of them would lock up like you are describing. Painful!!! Hope it gets resolved soon.

    Doc said no running but okay to do elliptical or cycle if no pain. Knee is simmering down so I gave it a try. Felt good until 19:37 so I cut it off at 20:00.
