    Nice to see the sun. Walk/run with the MIMs (2 miles). 3 miles on the treadmill at the Y. Threw in a few intervals.

    Went well. We did some progressive intervals for the first half hour and then alternated between gradual hills and intervals on a hill for the next hour.
