great Monday MIM Treadmill 5 mi
Nice to see the sun. Walk/run with the MIMs (2 miles). 3 miles on the treadmill at the Y. Threw in a few intervals.

Tough to say on this one. I'm pretty sure they hated it. But they were sweaty. Remind me to eat more than a hard-boiled egg next time.

great MIM Sunday, Duck Pond 8 mi
Ran to the Duck Pond from home, just under 4 miles, then got to spend some time with our fabulous group. It was a perfect day to run.

Long day after a fun night out with the MIMs Wednesday. We did the Flat, Fast, Climb profile. This one comes together nicely. Short run after with the awesome Tri Ladies.

Went well. We did some progressive intervals for the first half hour and then alternated between gradual hills and intervals on a hill for the next hour.
