      I am starting the workouts of new rules of lifting for women. Care to join? The plan is very detailed and it'll be fun to have virtual gym buddies. I'll even petition on my blog as soon as I write the post :-)

      That is so funny you mention the new rules of lifting for women. I've been eyeing that book for months and really considering doing it. When do/did you start?

      Awesome! I'm going to get the book. I SO want to tone up. I'm hatin' on my arms right now (own worst critic), so I want to do something about it! this is great :)
