      Thank you so much! :D But, it was more so 2, the stationary is my warmup! I'm trying to build my whole body back up, not just the runnin' legs. #niceANDeasy is really working, :D

    it was a cool down, I was running out of time, had to get ready for work/commute/pups... did about 10X25... my arms felt like lead... this is good pain, good arm pain.

    My arms are finally getting back to swim form... my triceps don't hate me as much any more. I was able to do 10x25 in a row this time....woohoo, baby steps.

    I felt at peace swimming.... eventhough my triceps SCREAMED at the easy effort. my goggles broke at the start, so that was annoying.
