    Ran week 3 c25k with my sister in law. C25k got me running, and I forgot how you want to DIE at the end of the intervals. She was definitely huffing and puffing, but she did a great job!

    I was supposed to do 6, REALLY didn't feel like going out. Told myself I only had to do 1 mile, pushed myself to 2.5 before I let myself come home. I'm cranky and it's cold.
