    Plank on Swiss, complex (deadlift, high pull, push press, reverse lunge), bulgarian split dead, one armed db chest press on swiss, back squat, chin-ups.

      You set up like you're going to do the Bulgarian split squat. You bend at the waist and the leg propped on the bench moves down. I am using the workout in Female Body Breakthrough. I like it but not as much as the one in The New Rules of Lifting for Women.

      hmmmm... I am not familiar with either program... I'll have to check it out... always looking for different core/strength training techniques so my muscles don't get complacent.
