My Doctor has told to me to lay off running for the next month or so. So I was forced to find another way! Treadmill inclined (6.8% average??), walking briskly. SO boring....oh well.

I discovered that my HR monitor talks to the treadmills at the gym! Yay! I set it up to go through a 15+20min weight loss program and I ran the entire time. SO impressed with myself!
