    A little knee pain so I mostly walked. About 8 minutes running. Starting the Galloway program until June, then I'll switch to Higdon. Or make up my own!!

      Dumbo Double Dare!! I've been inconsistent during April and it's proved to hurt my knee. I have to keep up the workouts to keep it strong.

      Weather is gorgeous! I think the problem was eating oatmeal before I ran. I usually run on Carnation instant breakfast. Oatmeal was too much for me!
