Finished insanity yesterday, so for my rest day, I decided to run. :) on to round two tomorrow!


Awesome! How was round 1? Weight loss? Pics?

Round 1 was wonderful! I'm not sure what my "net" weight loss was, because I gained a lot of muscle. I only lost 5 lbs according to the scale, but again, I know that there was more than 5lbs in actual fat loss. I will post pics sometime. I'm happy with the results I got in round one. If I have the same results this time, I will be where I want to be.

Good for you! Muscle weight is way better than losing a ton of fat. Post pics when ya can! I'm interested In trying it. I've tried p90x but I wouldn't mind trying insanity.
