    RFG reunion race. First fast run after marathon. Tough course for whatever reason but placed first in my age group. Not my best time, but considering last weekend Ill take it. :)

      I know!! I'm moving on up to the next age category in the next few months. And I'm sure their more competitive!

      Congratulations! Yes, having just hit that "next age bracket" a few months ago, my times have been better, but I'm often just outside of "Top 3" males in those brackets, and it seems to be the same for females in the same divisions. My 5K and Half PRs (and fastest mile but not in an official event) have been since I turned 40.

      Thanks. Actually it was right after our first mud splash and it frightened him a bit. He LOVED the muddy course :) I thought it was a true image of kids at play lol.
