      At least you are trying! I was tangled in a cycle of kids being sick, trips to doctor, myself getting sick, trip to the doctor, and so on. I gotta get out there! Good job. You'll rebound.

    Was going to attempt to run the lakefront this am, but was too scared of the 10 degree weather. I did manage to Sprint (for me, anyway) at a 6.0 on the treadmill for the last .1 mile. I feel great!

      No, not an official one. I am running a five miler at the end of March so right now I am increasing by 0.5 miles per week and 0.1 in speed on the treadmill every two weeks. So its a training plan that I made up for myself for that race in particular.
