    This run was really hard for me. It makes me nervous for a marathon because compared to the course it was very flat. But I saw a small pod of Dolphins! That put a huge smile on my face..

      Good run. There was a big group that ran 20 on Saturday and I ran 20 on Sunday. Good pace for your run.

      TX heat makes it tough. I do my runs early in the morning, starting enough before sunrise to be done by 7:30 or 8 AM.
