    This run was really hard for me. It makes me nervous for a marathon because compared to the course it was very flat. But I saw a small pod of Dolphins! That put a huge smile on my face..

      Wow - you'd never get to say you saw dolphins here!! :-) You're going to do awesome at Twin Cities! You were running 20 miles on your own in a not as familiar place...you'll have tons of friends and folks cheering for you here!! Nice work getting your 20 done!

      Good run. There was a big group that ran 20 on Saturday and I ran 20 on Sunday. Good pace for your run.
