Did some speedwork at the track today. One mile warmup, then 4x800m at a fast pace with 400m recoveries, then 1 mile cooldown. The Garmin was dead, so I really have no idea what my pace was during the speed portion, all I know is I was bookin it, lol. I had to have been going faster than an 8:30 min/mile pace because I was dying. I'm guessing on my total time - I didn't realize my watch was dead till I was on the track trying to turn on the GPS.
Oh, and I get why people get so mad at walkers at the track. There were so many walkers today, and every single one of the them were walking on the inside lane. They saw me running like a crazy woman and didn't try to move at all, so I had to go around them each time. Have some courtesy people!!
