Today begins Phase 3 of Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer, and a new focus on seriously getting results by eating healthier. Phases 1 & 2 were all about building muscle, and Phase 3 is all about shedding fat through HIIT to reveal all that hard-earned muscle. I'm really excited to see how the next 4 weeks changes my body, but of course it will only happen if I stick to clean eating.

OMG! With active rest and much higher reps, the next 4 weeks are going to be brutal.

Today's leg workout:
Superset: Leg press (3x15) and Jump squats (3x15), Working set/active rest: Single-legged split squat (3x15) and Jump rope (3x60sec), superset: walking barbell lunge (3x20) and long jump (3x20), Leg extension (3x20) and lateral bound (3x20), smith machine squats (3x30), Working set/active rest: standing calf raise (3x20) and jump rope (3x60sec), Calf press on leg press (3x20) and jump rope (3x60sec).
