great Leg Day 01:05

Narrow stance squats, narrow stance leg press, barbell step-ups, walking barbell double lunge, single leg barbell squats, leg extensions. The next 2 weeks are amped up to heavier weights and 4 sets of 8 reps for most of the moves. Ridiculousness. Also time to really tighten my diet. I need to start seeing the rewards from all this lifting.
