Bench press, push-ups (the real ones, lol), cable crossovers, smith machine incline bench press, side to side pushups (the girly ones...I was tired at this point), then ab stuff

    Great workout! Definitely one of my weaknesses! I did push ups to exhaustion today.... ...going to try to squeeze another 100 out and 100 desk dips through out the rest of the day.... I hope to only be able to roll out of bed tomorrow. :o)
