Not the best idea to run after an hour of leg lifting, but I didn't get my run in yesterday because I ran out of time. My legs were definitely tired, but I pushed myself. Never again will I do my run on leg day, lol. It was slow, but any run is a good run :)

    I did this yesterday after only 20 minutes of legs. I'm sure your legs were tired but I hear it's good to run on tired legs?
