I just started Phase 2 (Week 5) of Jamie Eason's LiveFit Program. I haven't posted much about it because I didn't know if I would stick to it, but I'm going to start posting my workouts because I love it! Today was back day. I did wide grip overhand pull-ups, bent-over barbell rows, seated cable row, wide grip lat pulldown, one-armed rows, hammer strength pull-downs, and back extensions. Then my 3 mile run. Looking to really see some results from this plan starting with this phase.
