I haven't run in 6 weeks because of this peroneal tendonitis in my ankle, but I have been weight-lifting and doing the elliptical. There is a slight puffiness that won't seem to go away, but I don't know what else I can do. It has been feeling fine for a month now. I'm just going to start running and see what happens. It felt so great being back out there, but definitely cooler weather than before my injury. I didn't feel like I had lost much fitness for a short run, and I couldn't even tell I had been resting. Felt great!
