      Sounds like you are keeping yourself in good shape with all these core workouts you've been posting. I need to follow your lead and get back in the gym! My next training will be for Houston again with a stop in NY. My goal is to follow the same training plan I did last year.

      I also did the analysis and was amazed at how much the stride changes with speed. The faster I went, the more forward my foot would land and pull rather than push. Good luck with the new stride!

      That's what I'm doing, too. Have to conscientiously think about tight abs, push hips forward, short fast stride. As long as I don't get too distracted, it has been keeping healthy again. Can't wait to run with you or behind you I should say.

      Isn't yoga great? It's a way to be kind to our bodies after abusing them on a long run... I enjoy my class every Wednesday, even if I catch flak from coworkers and (non-running) friends!

    It's been 3 weeks of no weekday running and 5 no long run. Finally feeling my body start to unwind. 15 minutes of elliptical plus 45 minutes of weights. I have arm muscles. Woohoo!!
