  5. Tomorrow's half marathon is projected to be in the upper 70's. YUK! I ran my other HM at 40 degrees and it was great!

    Easy run outside with hubby. He took so much time off from running because of hurting his knees that I can finally outrun him! Woo hoo. I actually had to slow down for him. :D

    Ran with my sister-in-law, Andrea, who is down from Michigan for Thanksgiving. Ran the whole thing without stopping to walk. Longest I have ever run without walking.
