10 Right Arm Swings
5 Single Arm Push Press – each arm
10 Left Arm Swings
5 Offset Reverse Lunge – each leg
10 Double Arm Swings
5 Offset squats – each side
10 Push-up to cross body climber – 5 each side
10 Goblet squats
10 jump squats
