20 box jumps (squat @ the bottom)
20 squat-lunge-kicks each leg w/ 20# weight
15 squat-snatch, shoulder presses w/ 20# weight each arm
20 bar bicep curls 35#?
15 bar bicep curls, reverse grip
8 tempo chest presses 35#
6 slow burn chest presses
4 super slow burn chest presses
1 min plank
insane out mtn climbers w/ ankle weights
20 cross leg extensions
20 leg lifts each leg
50 fire hydrants each leg (25 pulse + 25 full)
25 v-ups w/ ankle weights
1 min plank
15 box jumps
15 elbow on the wall bicep curls
15 reverse grip bicep curls
