    Decided to change my route this year to focus more on places that remind me of my childhood with my mom. Plus some time through my beloved park.

    Yes I did a whole dang hour. Ugh it was rough. I'm feeling sore already, tomorrow should be fun...ha! Still feel very glad I did it. Proud of myself for putting in the extra time.

    Tough after working the legs and abs yesterday. Had to take a break after mile 3 to work out a side stitch and stretch my muscles. Still a great run.
