    Got it done early today right after breakfast but I forgot to log it. Oops. Sweat felt good today.

    My schedule is all jacked up this week had to work it in after my run, which felt great anyway. New pose for the day : Crow Pose (beginners, toes on the floor). Dang this was still tough.

      Thanks ladies. Had to do what I could. Yes Goz I promise to post a prom pic. Yes boys are much easier. As I was dying her hair last night she and I were teasing her boyfriend on Skype that all he had to do was rent a tux, and get a haircut. Then day of he just has to roll out of bed and shower LOL
