      I'm assuming that it was your left foot that had the injury. If your knee is rolling to the outside I suggest checking your ankle. It can be weak from the injury. Try wrapping it for your next run.

      Thanks, Hashi. It does seem that the ankle is weak. It is worth trying to see if that helps. I assumed it wouldn't be the issue because of all the weight training but still, you might be right. Thx.

      Glad you found me, Rick. Maybe we'll do that again every 4 years. I'm bringing my wife in for a baby shower in two weeks and it looks like the 10 miler is the week after that. But it's my down time so who knows maybe I can sneak in.

      Great job! A crappy 10-miler last week is still an awesome feat, and about 10 more miles than most other people ran. Regardless, crappy runs are annoying. I'm glad this one was better! You're a beast!!
